What does the future hold for the creative youths? Whether you are an inspiring writer, designer, artist or entrepreneur, gain valuable insights in this session with two captains of the creative industry. On the panel is veteran advertising leader Gary Tranter, co-founder of creative agency Arcade, and Tori Lee, Head of Brand Storytelling at Havas Singapore. The panel is moderated by Zul Andra.

Gary Tranter

Gary Tranter co-founded the boutique creative agency Arcade in 2010 which was acquired by Publicis Group after just 4 years. He now sits as the Regional Creative Director of Digitas and Arcade. Early in his career, at only 26 years old, he was appointed Executive Creative Director and has held that position in some of Asia’s biggest agencies including the famed Batey Ads and Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong. Having worked in every market in the region, Gary has built teams, nurtured talent and created award winning work from Kalgoorlie to Karachi. Over the years, his teams’ work has won numerous awards including D&AD, One Show and Clio and he has groomed many of the industry’s top Creative Directors.

Tori Lee

Tori Lee is currently the Head of Brand Storytelling at Havas Singapore. The Brit is a firm believer that great communication should transcend narratives and have the power to provoke conversation. In her 15 years of experience, she learned the ways to adapt, apply data and build diverse teams that breed collaboration. Tori applies this approach to growing the content team for Socialyse and RED Agency brands at Havas APAC HQ, Singapore.With experience comes courage.

Zul Andra

Moderator

Zul Andra is an award-winning writer and editor. His tenure as Editor-in-chief of Esquire Singapore from 2014 to 2018 saw his team bag over 30 local and regional awards. With over a decade of experience in the media industry, Zul has been published in a dozen publications including South China Morning Post and Today to name a few. In January 2018, he founded Zul Andra & Partners to develop original creative content at the heart of storytelling.
